At our new, state of the art cutting plant, we place a high priority on food safety standards, using our constantly reviewed HACCP system and strict hygiene controls. Custom-built refrigeration systems allow us to mature the beef quarters to their absolute best.  Our Butchers are highly skilled and are able to prepare the meat to any specification.
